Customer Responsibility Terms

Fairlane Furniture Restorers and the customer agree that, prior to beginning work, the customer is responsible for removing the items listed below from their property. Fairlane Furniture Restorers and their affiliates do not pack out or remove these items from any job sites.

  • Jewelry, cell phones, money, firearms, medication, and all other personal documents and/or items, including, but not limited to: marriage licenses, passports, birth certificates, social security cards, credit cards, etc.

*If the customer fails to adhere to the above procedure, Fairlane Furniture Restorers will box the items, leaving them in the room/area they were found, marked with a “left with” note.

*By not adhering to the outlined procedure, the customer furthermore agrees to assume and accept all responsibility and/or liability for the above-referenced items and will hold Fairlane Furniture Restorers and its affiliates harmless.

Fairlane Furniture Restorers requires a 4-week notice in advance of any scheduled delivery date(s) to return the customer’s property. Fairlane Furniture Restorers will attempt to periodically remind the customer of the notice requirement; however, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to deliver their notice in the form of oral or written communication.

*Failure to provide the required notice will result in a delayed delivery date. Customers who submit their 4-week notice will receive priority for all deliveries.
