Genuine antique quality, solid wood furniture is hard to come by nowadays. Often times these items are family heirlooms, which by their nature are impossible to replace.

QR coding and tracking software not only assists with this important task, but it also provides our customers complete transparency and peace of mind regarding the chain of custody of their belongings.

TOTAL LOSS INVENTORY
An item is deemed a Total Loss when an insured’s property is damaged to such an extent that it cannot be restored to its pre-loss condition, or the item is otherwise more cost-effective to replace vs. restore.
Insurance Claim Documentation
Insurance companies put the responsibility of documenting the total loss items on the policyholder. This can often involve sorting through severely damaged items themselves and compiling a list of each of the items to be submitted as a part of their claim.
Detailed Digital Inventories
Our experienced team produces digital inventories on behalf of the policyholder, that are formatted for submission into the insurance company, with the required documentation necessary to help move the policyholder closer to the goal of being indemnified. Reports include photos, brand names, colors, quantities, detailed descriptions, measurements, etc.
